Product Engineering
g-aero’s Product Engineering team consists of handpicked certified professionals who believe in team work to deliver robust and scalable software products. They work hand-in-hand with the R&D team to develop products which meet the design criteria defined in the Detailed Product Design document.

The Product Engineering process follows a systematic Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model with special focus on quality checks at each stage. g-aero products are designed following industry accepted patterns, practices and standards there by making sure that these products are robust, scalable and adaptable.
The Project Management Office (PMO) at g-aero focuses on Quality, Cost, Time and Scope to ensure that we can deliver quality products at reasonable cost. Risk Management Planning helps our project managers to foresee risks, to estimate their effectiveness, and to create response plans to mitigate them. Project Monitoring and Control is continuously performed so that actual performance and progress of the project is monitored against the project plan.
g-aero products are passed through rigorous quality checks at various levels of product engineering. In addition to Black box testing, we also perform White box testing covering code statements, branches, paths and conditions. Systematic Incremental Integration testing is performed as new product modules are added to the base module. User-friendliness of the application is ensured through Usability testing. System testing is performed to ensure that the end product meets all the requirement defined. Software tools are used to do Performance testing thereby ensuring that system meets the performance requirements.
We believe in continual improvement of our products and hence our R&D team relies on our integrated feedback mechanism to understand the customer needs and preferences and thereby makes required product improvisations.
